How do I order?
Simply click on the items that you require, select how many and then click "add to cart". You can either continue shopping or click "proceed to checkout". Once you have clicked "checkout" continue to follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transaction. You will be sent a confirmation e-mail automatically on completion of the transaction.
Has my order gone through?
In most cases a confirmation of an order will be sent to the email address provided. If you have not received a confirmation email please do not hesitate to contact us
Can I order by telephone?
Yes you can by calling us on the contact number provided giving us your product codes, address information and card details to process the payment.
Can I return any unwanted items?
Yes, of course, if for any reason you want to return any item it can be returned within 7 days of you receiving the item, as long as the item is unopened and in good condition. Please ensure that all seals have not been broken and packaging / shrink wrap is intact. All goods must be returned at the sender's expense. If required, we offer a collection service charge; please call us to discuss these charges. To arrange the return of your unwanted items please send an email in advance to notify us on firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be given a returns number and address where to be returned. All refunds will be inclusive of VAT where applicable but please note that carriage charges will not be refunded.
I have received an item and it is faulty?
If you have received an item that is faulty you must notify us in writing within 3 days of receipt of the item. We will then arrange collection of the faulty item and send out a replacement.
How long will my delivery take?
We aim to deliver your order within 3 working days unless any items are out of stock. If you require a certain delivery day please call us to discuss your requirements.
Can I see a sales representative?
Yes, please contact our sales department on the contact number provided to arrange an appointment.
Can I have a delivery tomorrow?
Delivery is normally within 3 days. However, if prompt delivery is essential, please contact our Sales Department to see if we can help.
I can get this cheaper else where!

Is it in stock?
Generally we carry large stocks however if you are concerned about availability of a particular product, please contact our Sales Department to discuss further.
Can I have the COSSH sheets?
Yes, if you can’t find the Cossh sheet you require on our website please let us know your requirements.
